Lebron James sucks

by Steve

It took Michael Jordan seven years to win his first title. True. But has Bron bron been playing against players like Kareem, Bird, Magic, Dumars, Worthy, and Thomas? No, he isn't. Lebron "king" James is playing against players like Rashard Lewis, Turkoglu and Reddick.

Lebron James is the most over hyped over rated player in the history of professional basketball. He has continually won nothing while being portrayed as one of the best players to ever participate in profession athletics. The dude is more worried about selling car insurance and cell phones than he is about his performance against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Bron Bron the "king" has continuously NOT made his team mates better and continuously loses in the playoffs. True he never went to college so he probably isn't all that smart. But still shouldn't he be showing something other than an ability to defraud an entire city and win basically nothing?

It is plausible they climb out of the 2-1 hole they are currently in and he proves that the first three games of the series against the Orland Magic were a fluke, but the likelihood is slim. More possible is the idea that Bron bron isn't all that good, is over hyped by a desperate association looking for the next big star because Kobe hasn't lived up to his early billing.

He will continue to get all the calls, score 40+ points and lose when it counts the most. Lebron James has failed to win a championship for yet another year and is starring at one more year till free agency. Whether he leaves Cleveland or not, he will still be considered a loser by me until he ya know, actually wins something. My guess is he will continue to present a facade/aura of greatness while actually being an above average player looking to exploit as much media attention (think money) and adulation while cashing out BIG TIME in 2010.

Get your golf game ready "king"

  2. It makes sense why you never make any posts about the NBA; you're clueless. Stick to other stuff, like how you think the Bills' draft picks will pan out and how much you hate Darcy Regier and Larry Quinn. At least those are topics you know something about.

The only thing I agree with you about is that it's a different game now than it was when Jordan, Bird, Magic, Kareem, etc. were playing - less physical now, more parity (and the officiating is worse than ever). LeBron James has done more with less talent around him than any of those past players you mentioned. You disagree, give a rebuttal. He plays with Anderson Varejao, Mo Williams, and a past-his-prime Ben Wallace. The guys from the past were all great players, but their supporting cast included guys like Pippen, McHale, Worthy, genuine stars in their own right, just not as good as the main men. Also, the Orlando series is far from over so don't stick a fork in them yet. Take a look at the Game 3 stats...he had 26 more points than the second highest scorer on his team, but also accounted for 9 of the team's 17 assists. Give the guy some help.

so you're a NBA expert now eh? I tell you something, if LeBron's that damn good, why hasn't he won any rings?

    "Cause his teammates are shitty..."

Look at Miami Heat, 2005, their Shaq was past their prime also (don't believe it? Lakers failed to win in 2004 in spite of using Malone and Payton). Then 2006, who are Miami Heat?

Mo Williams, Ilgauskas, Varejao, Ben W are more than enough for so called LeBron James to win any rings. He made 10 turnovers in Game 5. Perhaps Cavaliers salary cap was halted by his wages.
